The APEX 5040 has been fitted with the technology to make it the fastest, strongest and safest mobile stage in the industry. Set up time is virtually nothing compared to a conventional stage.  A couple stage hands can have the stage totally assembled in 2-3 hours.  With California legal split axles, the use of aluminum and steel and a non-slip floor, Apex Stages has provided the world with the latest technology in mobile staging.

 

The GEN3 Extended HD has two 21′ IMAG flyways the can support out fills and a 18′ by 24′ IMAG Led Video Wall. It also features the ability to add a 90′ video banner wall to increase the sponsorship values. The GEN3 Extended HD features a forward Sound fly bay that is designed to support virtually every line array on the market.  All of the GEN3 have the ability to support over 11,000 lb video wall from the upstage beam.

 

The roof structure on the 5040 Classic is capable of supporting 32,000 lbs… on the GEN3, the roof can support 71,000 lbs.  The deck is 50′ x 38′ built our of 5 sections…a center section built on the trailer frame and a bi-folding deck on each side. The trailer frame is supported at six points by hydraulic controlled leveling outriggers.  The outriggers can vary the floor deck height from 4′ to 6′ in order to adapt to most terrain and venue requests.

With California legal split axles, the use of aluminum and steel and a non-slip floor, Apex Stages has provided the world with the latest technology in mobile staging.

The flybays have a capacity of 4,000 lbs and are designed to support virtually every line array on the market. The roof structure is capable of supporting a maximum of 48,000 lbs. The deck is 42′ x 38′ built our of 5 sections…a center section built on the trailer frame and a bi-folding deck on each side.

The trailer frame is supported at six points by hydraulic controlled leveling outriggers. The outriggers can vary the floor deck height from 4′ to 6′ in order to adapt to most terrain and venue requests.

 

3224

The APEX 3224 is the perfect answer. It has true versatility. This 34′ trailer features a gooseneck tongue that can couple to a standard ball hitch, or Kingpin hitch. The trim height between the floor deck and bottom of the roof I-beam is just under 16′. Either side of the stage can be the front. Simply place the taller corner towers on the front side, thus allowing for water drainage away from the front of the stage.

Another great standard option is the pivoting gooseneck. Simply unpin and fold down the gooseneck in order to provide clearance for fire lanes on city streets or aesthetics in off street venues.

Setup time is the biggest value on this Apex stage. Two people can easily set the stage up in less than an hour. We have some customers call us with record set up times. Many are around the 1/2 hour mark.

2420

Featuring a 24′ x 20′ stage deck (with 13′ of stage height) and the availability to be towed with a gooseneck by a one ton truck, this is the “little brother” to our popular APEX 3224. It is the perfect stage for smaller venue professional productions. The flybys can hold an impressive 2,000 lbs each and an additional 4,000 lbs of cargo can be secured and hauled inside the enclosed trailer.

The APEX 2420 is equipped with steel wheels, hydraulic outriggers, all aluminum construction trailer frame, two single axels, and a gas powered motor. The stage deck uses the same custom floor extrusion as the 3224 to make adding additional decks seamless and easy. The handrail system is compatible and interchangeable with the 3224 stage.

2016

 

We are proud to introduce the new APEX 2016 mobile stage. Featuring a 20′ x 16′ stage deck (with 12′ 10″ of stage height). This stage is small, but produces no compromises for a stage this small. It has excellent fit and finish, solid build, can fly 800 lbs on each of the flybays with a total roof capacity of 3400 pounds.

The APEX 2016 opens on the front side, comes with a set of Aluminum stairs and has a removable modular panel back. The bottom back panels can be left in place to act as handrails or be removed. Optional banner package is available.

Ease of operation, maneuverable in tight areas, and budget friendly, this mobile stage maintains APEX quality, and makes it the “perfect fit” for facilitating smaller venues.
