The APEX 5040 Classic has been the leader for years in providing safety in the Large Format Mobile Stages.
The New APEX 5040 GEN3 has been fitted with the technology to make it the fastest, strongest and safest mobile stage in the industry. Set up time is virtually nothing compared to a conventional stage. A couple stage hands can have the “Basic” stage totally assembled in as little as 3 hours. With California legal split axles, the use of aluminum and steel and a non-slip floor, Apex Stages has provided the world with the latest technology in mobile staging.
The GEN3 Extended HD has two 14′ IMAG flyways the can also support out fills. In Extended mode, it has a full 100′ by 5′ top banner package and rear blow thru screens. All of the GEN3 have the ability to support over 11,000 lb video wall from the upstage beam.
The GEN3 “Beast” mode has two 25′ IMAG flyways the can support out fills and IMAG Led Video Walls. It also features the ability to add a 100′ video banner wall to increase the sponsorship values. The GEN3 “Beast” features a forward Sound fly bay that is designed to support virtually every line array on the market. This is the package that includes sound wings, Pavillion tents for the techs and full back wall with 2/3 side walls.
The roof structure on the 5040 Classic is capable of supporting 32,000 lbs… on the GEN3, the roof can support 102,000 lbs. The deck is 50′ x 38′ built our of 5 sections…a center section built on the trailer frame and a bi-folding deck on each side. The trailer frame is supported at six points by hydraulic controlled leveling outriggers. The outriggers can vary the floor deck height from 4′ to 6′ in order to adapt to most terrain and venue requests.
