Any Terrain: How APEX Stages Set Level on Parks, Beaches and Streets

Outdoor events rarely happen on a perfectly flat floor. Parks slope, beaches shift, streets crown toward the gutters and fairgrounds hide dips under the grass. A stage that cannot level itself forces crews to shim, crib and compromise. APEX stages solve that with hydraulics.

Multi-Point Hydraulic Leveling

Every APEX stage uses multi-point hydraulic leveling outriggers to bring the deck level and stable before the roof goes up. On the APEX 5040 GEN3, six points of contact compensate for up to 24 inches of uneven terrain.

Where We Set Up

  • Parks and fields — community concerts, festivals and holiday events.
  • Beaches and waterfronts — oceanfront concerts and city celebrations.
  • Streets and plazas — block parties, parades and downtown events.
  • Parking lots and fairgrounds — fan villages, activations and multi-stage festivals.

Site Planning Matters

Leveling is only part of a safe setup. We review truck access, ground conditions, stage position, audience sightlines, backstage space and emergency routes with your team before load-in, and we choose the platform that fits the site — from the compact APEX 2016, which maneuvers into tight areas, to the 50′ × 40′ 5040 GEN3.
